How long does it take to get my AI system up and running?

The Client Status Automation (CSA)/Legal Assistant and Client Communication Optimization (CCO)/Paralegal packages deploy within 7 days. We handle everything: strategy call, API setup, conversation flow building, integration configuration, testing, and team training. The Client Communication Infrastructure (CCI)/Associate Package takes within 14 days, depending on complexity. You will start seeing results immediately after launch!

Do I need to be technical to use this?

No—not at all! We build, configure, and train everything for you (that is the "Done For You" [DFY] part). You just provide your Anthropic API key and connect your channels. We handle all the technical setup, and you get a simple dashboard to monitor conversations. If you want to make changes later, then we provide training or you can reach out to our team.

API costs depend on conversation volume and which AI models we use (we select the most efficient and effective LLM for your specific needs—Claude, GPT-4, or others):

Client Communication Optimization (CCO)/Paralegal Package: $30-90/month (1,000-3,000 conversations)

Client Communication Infrastructure (CCI)/Associate Package: $90+/month (3,000+ conversations)

Plus message delivery costs (SMS: ~$0.01/message, Email: ~$0.001/email). Most clients spend less on API costs than they would pay a single employee for even one day of work.

Can I start small and upgrade later? What if I want to downgrade to a smaller package later on?

Absolutely. 30% of clients start with Client Status Automation (CSA)/Legal Assistant Package to test AI, and then upgrade to the Client Communication Optimization (CCO)/Paralegal Package within 3 months. It is a risk-free way to see AI work in your business before committing to the full system. There are upgrade fees when switching Packages. As of downgrading, you are allowed to do such. However, there are NO refunds, full or partial, when purchasing or downgrading a package.

What about custom AI apps or agents that are not part of your packages?

What happens after my system is live? Do you provide support?

Yes! All packages include ongoing support via email. No. While we love Claude for many use cases, we are model-agnostic.
