Can I upgrade later?

Yes—of course! Start with the Client Status Automation (CSA)/Legal Assistant Package, and upgrade anytime. Upgrade costs will be the difference between the monthly retainers—and only the monthly retainers, meaning that there will be no setup fee included—of your previous package, to your future package. For example, if you upgrade from the CSA/Legal Assistant Package (which has a $5,000 monthly retainer) to the Client Communication Infrastructure (CCI)/Associate Package (which has a $17,500 monthly retainer), then the upgrade fee will cost $12,500 initially—followed by, in the next month, the normal monthly retainer of $17,500.

Do I need to be technical?

Are there any other costs?
